SUMMER SCHOOLS IN MUSICAL THEATRE AND STREET DANCE
Two five day intensive courses which also include a free t-shirt, certificate, demonstration for friends and family plus visit to see a West End show!

Come to the heart of dance in London and be taught by industry professionals currently appearing in West End shows. PPAS offer first class training that is different to any other Musical Theatre summer school, every class taught on this week long course, consist of repertoire from popular shows past and present all taught by the performers themselves! You will learn a whole host of routines from Wicked to Sweet Charity, Fame to Mama Mia, plus many more! A ticket to see the West End Show "Matilda" is also included with a master-classes taught by a cast member.
Previous theatre visit have included, Legally Blonde, Blood Brothers, Hairspray, Dirty Dancing Chicago and The Wizard of OZ. Places sell out weeks in advance for this very popular course, so book as early to avoid disappointment!
We’ve been going to the Musical Theatre Summer School for six years now and we hope to come again next year. It is so much fun learning dances from the shows and being taught by cast members. We have made some amazing friends over the last few years and it is always sad to see them go at the end of the week. The summer school is a great way to start the summer holidays and the highlight is always the performance at the end of the week and going to see a musical together, this year it was Legally Blonde and it was amazing! It is the one week of the summer when
we know we’ll never be bored, every year we’ve learnt new dances. All of the teachers are so enthusiastic and great fun to work with,we’ve enjoyed all of our classes so much, with Dirty Dancing being our favourite!!! STREET DANCE

PPAS have a fantastic and talented faculty of dance tutors in all aspects of street dance and hip hop. We also invite guest teachers from the industry to teach at the summer school, many of them chorographers for leading artists, television show and pop videos. Past guest tutors include Sisco Gomez, Kate Prince and Simon Qsyea, plus the mix of our very own popular teachers including Amy Butterfield, Dax O’Callaghan and Scott Maurice.
Each day students will learn the various elements of breaking, locking, popping , house, lyrical and commercial street dance leading up to a performance for friends and family at the end of the week. A visit to see a hip hop show is also included in the course with a cast member from the show teaching workshops based on the production. Past shows have included Thriller, Will We Rock You and Into the Hoods, The show this year will be something very different, an absolute must for all street dance lovers “SOLDIER" You will get the chance to see this amazing production before it goes on to The Edinburgh Festival the following week.
This is a very popular course for all age groups who simply want to dance all day long. Not for the faint hearted but a must for improving and training with the some of the best street dance tutors in the UK today!
My daughter Prudence has just completed the street dance week at Pineapple, I wanted to say a very big thank you to all your team.
